Further to our announcement on 8th July 2025 with respect to Dukhan Bank Board of Directors decision to distribute interim cash dividend to shareholders, Dukhan Bank is pleased to inform that we have received all the necessary approvals to proceed with interim cash dividend payment.Please note an interim cash dividend distribution of 8% of the nominal share value (QAR 0.08 per share), will be paid to eligible shareholders as at the close of trading on 16 July 2025. EDAA will handle the payment of interim dividends in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.
